At Draugr Nutrition, we take the quality of our supplements seriously. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of health and nutrition products, we adhere to a strict return policy:

Sealed Products Only: We can only accept returns for items that are unopened, with the original seal intact.

Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or Used Products: Any supplement where the inner or outer seal has been broken.

Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased during “Final Sale” or “Clearance” events.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or is not what you ordered:

Please email care@draugrnutrition.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirement: You must include clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product.

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for verified damaged goods.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and the shipping address.

Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure the seal is intact.

Approval Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payout: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.
